Refunds are provided at our discretion for service failures or billing errors. To request a refund, contact our customer support within 30 days of the transaction.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by PulseX Charging Private Limited or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSEX CHARGING PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle resulting from the use of our charging services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PulseX Charging Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PulseX Charging Private Limited regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
